The Lantern is a comfortable 160 km (100 mile) drive north of Toronto and being just 35 minutes from Orillia or 20 minutes to our nearest Town of Gravenhurst located on Lake Muskoka.

Lantern Marina & Trailer Park is part of the Trent-Severn Waterway situated on the nautical charts as Morrison Landing. We are located on the North Side of the Severn River between Sparrow Lake and Lock No. 43 (Swift Rapids Lock). Being between two locks we offer in excess of 15 miles of unlimited boating, the Severn River boasts of being one of Ontario's top fishing areas and a waterway conducive to boating of all kinds or just listening to the Loons.

We are within a 30 minute drive to Casino Rama, and the Segwun, Wenonah III & Wanda Steam Ships at Gravenhurst on Lake Muskoka. Santa's Village in Bracebridge is also nearby, as are the new Muskoka Bay Club and Taboo Courses both in the Gravenhurst area.
